Please feel free to email us about an exchange of your purchase within 14 days of
receiving it. Kindly ensure that the product is returned to us in its unused, original
condition. We will organise that Courier Guy collect the return from you at the
address provided to us by you. Once the return has been received by us, we will send
you the replacement via courier.
You will be responsible for the courier cost of returning the item to us, but we will
cover the courier cost of sending you the replacement item.
Courier cost is charged at a flat rate of R99.
